The Water Oak Cottage is a free-standing building, and not a duplex arrangement like most Melrose cottages. (Talk about privacy!) Guests will enjoy every corner of this cottage, with the lighting, art work, and furnishings all reflecting a sense of both livability and style.

The living area features an open floor plan including comfortable seating areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a large flat-screen TV over the fireplace, and of course the fabulous ocean vista.
