As are all the Coastal Collection properties, the Sassafrass Cottage is, quite frankly, drop-dead beautiful. Decorated by Atlanta designers, every room is a showcase of casual elegance and comfort. Every space is touched with exquisite lighting, artwork, and furnishings.

And the location is sublime! The Sassafras Cottage is situated on the picturesque Avenue of Oaks with a wooded setting at the front and the Atlantic Ocean at the back. As a free-standing house, guests will enjoy privacy and beauty...and all just steps to the beach.

The living area features an open floor plan including comfortable seating areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a large flat-screen TV over the fireplace, and of course the fabulous ocean vista. The adjoining screened-in porch overlooks the ocean, and provides a perfect setting for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

There are four master bedrooms in the house, and one master suite with a seating area and private screened porch. All of the masters have ensuite bathrooms separated by sliding "barn doors." Three of the masters have king beds, a fourth one has two queen beds, and a fifth bedroom has one queen bed.
